Rules

• 1. VTOMAN Spring Sale runs from Mar. 25 to Mar. 31, and all customers can enjoy the promotional price. 
• 2. If a refund is required, orders during the VTOMAN Spring Sale will be refunded according to the payment amount. 
• 3. Returns not due to product quality issues are subject to the return shipping costs borne by the customer. 
• 4. If we refuse to accept an order, we will charge a partial handling fee. The specific amount will depend on the actual situation. 
• 5. After the order is shipped, if the customer requests to change the delivery address or refuses to accept the goods, a partial handling fee will be charged. 
• 6. If the customer finds that the product is defective, he must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product. We are not responsible for any losses beyond this period.
